Shipping Policy

At furn for Fun, we’re committed to delivering high-quality indoor / outdoor furniture to your doorstep as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.

1. Order Processing

 - All products are Make to Order.

 - We will respond to you within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order enquiry.

 - For customization (subject to service charges), we will provide samples after receiving your specifications and requirements. For instance, colour samples for customized gradients. 

2. Local Delivery (Hong Kong)

 - Lead time on request.

 - Bulk discounts available for multiple cart purchase.

 - Delivery Method:  by our logistics partner with prior scheduling.

 - Special Arrangements: For buildings without lift access, additional charges may apply for stair carry service.

3. International Shipping

 - We currently ship to selected regions outside Hong Kong. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination and item size/weight.

 - International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees, if applicable.

 - Lead time on request.

4. Shipping Restrictions

 - We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas (e.g. outlying islands where courier access is limited).

 - Weather conditions, customs delays, or unforeseen events may impact delivery timelines.

5. Order Tracking

 - Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email.

 - We will keep you posted. You can also contact us to track your shipment.

6. Delivery Issues

 - Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout. If a delivery is missed, redelivery fees may apply.

 - Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery at furnforfun@common-ground.hk.
